Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Zapwhizz Technologies ("we", "us"), which runs QrTapz at qrtapz.com. By creating an account or using QrTapz, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use QrTapz.

1. What QrTapz is

QrTapz lets you make a public page with your contact details and links, and a QR code that opens it. Visitors can save your contact, press your links and leave their own details for you.

2. Your account

  1. You must give a real name and an email address you can check.
  2. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your account.
  3. You must be at least 18, or old enough to make a contract where you live.
  4. One account is for one person or business.

3. Free trial and plans

  1. New accounts get a free trial for the number of days shown on our pricing. When the trial ends, your public page is switched off until you choose a plan.
  2. Plans are paid monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you pay. Customers in India pay in Indian rupees; customers elsewhere pay in US dollars.
  3. Your plan starts once we confirm your payment and runs for the period you paid for. Plans do not renew by themselves; you pay again to continue.
  4. We may change prices for future periods. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
  5. Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

4. Your content

  1. You own what you put on your page: your name, photos, text and links.
  2. You give us permission to store and show that content on your page and in your QR code, only so we can run QrTapz for you.
  3. You must have the right to use everything you upload, and it must be accurate.

5. What you may not do

  1. Use QrTapz for anything illegal, misleading or fraudulent, including pretending to be another person or business.
  2. Link to malware, scams, adult content or content that harasses or threatens others.
  3. Collect other people's details through your page without their consent, or send them spam.
  4. Try to break, overload or get around the security of QrTapz.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

6. Contact details visitors leave

When a visitor uses "Send details" on your page, their name, phone and email come to you. You must use them only to reply to that person and must follow the privacy laws that apply to you.

7. Availability

We work to keep QrTapz running at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features over time.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using QrTapz at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When an account is closed, its public page and QR code stop working.

9. Limits on our responsibility

QrTapz is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost business or lost profits. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top, and for important changes we will email you. Using QrTapz after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [India / the State of California, USA]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [Mohali, Punjab / Sacramento County, California].
